We barely escaped driving around Reno today (saw the results of 3 accidents) and were driving south through Pleasant Valley and saw a surprise. As you pass the trailer sales place, look halfway up the hillside on the south side (left side) of the valley. You can see where a road is being cut up the side of the steep hill and other roads are cut across the hill from that one. A huge new “cliff-dwelling” subdivision?
