There seems to be no stopping this as the Westin -Lowden development across from Little Washoe Lake takes up 6 pages of the Master Plan. This may sound like a good thing but read between the line son this deal! Makes me ill. We need more residents of washoe valley to speak up! We are losing our rural heritage and of course the owner has a right to develop the land but appears many concessions are going his way which will affect our nieghborrhoods and open space enjoyment & ecology of our beloved washoe valley for generations.
